  I’m moving back to The Heights after living there a few years ago because I really enjoyed the community and my experience here. This time, I especially want to thank Ruperto for all of his help throughout the process. I was in a hurry to move, had a lot of questions, and was anxious to have the apartment ready as soon as possible. Despite all of that, Ruperto was always patient, kind, and quick to respond. He did everything he could to help me move in when I needed to, and I truly appreciate his professionalism and dedication. Thank you, Ruperto, for making this process so much easier!

  Mail thieves. If you don’t have someone pick up important stuff immediately upon delivery then you’re SOL. Only solution is a PO Box really. They don’t do anything here to stop it. 0 security or cameras.

  I would like to send a huge thank you to Marty. On mother's day yesterday May 10, 2026, me and my family came back from a weekend vacation to our house ice cold, and the thermosat box was not workking. No number or anything appeared. I contacted the emergency Maintenace number, and left a voicemail, along with an email. I did understand that it was Sunday and it was Mother's day thinking no one would respond, but I completely understood. But Marty not even 10 minutes after I called reached out and helped. He did an amazizng job fixing it, and getting our heating system back up and running espically on a holiday that everyone celebrates. When I thank him he had such a wonderful response. He said "your welcome. Welcome home and Happy Mother's Day!" It made the rest of my day go smoothly knowning my heatinng system problem didn't stop his holiday, spirit. So again Thank you, Marty.
