  The property manager Coleen does not have any people skills and is only looking out for the company not her tenants very sad to see! Pete from maintenance is amazing tho, he always try to right a problem no matter what it is.

  Lost my key fob to the main office reported it lost they told me it was 50 dollars to replace they needed to order it and it would be added into rent moved out two years later still waiting for my key fob. Office staff is horrible never answer the phones or return calls have to literally go in and talk to them to accomplish anything. Had two pools my first year there than never opened one of them the second year. Snow removal was a 50 50 hit or miss there were days I’d leave with knee deep snow not shoveled. Probably wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

  This place is very prejudice, one of the staff there refuse to show me and rented me an apart just because I'm black and over the phone she was telling all the details , prices , etc once I get there she said she don't have no 3 bed apart available , she said she's to busy to show me the apart I have to reschedule etc , when I contacted a manager there , she told me to come so she can help , when I go there for her to help me she didn't help me she show me a dirty , stinky apartment that have a smoking area which I told her I have 3 kids and I want a smoke free area , so she refused to show me the newest model apartment that she have because I was black and the other employee was already told her not to rent me the property I contacted the leasing corporate office , nothing happens that's from beacon community every beacon community is really have bad reputation anyway , bad management , this is really not a place to come to live because they really looking at your races before renting you the apartment
