  I have lived at Station Pointe for 15 years after selling my home in Sharon. The office staff is absolutely terrific. They are very friendly and accommodating. Issues get taken care of almost immediately and phone calls are returned promptly. The maintenance staff is also excellent taking care of issues quickly and all are a pleasure to work with. I can't say enough to express how easy the transition was from home ownership to apartment living.

  We had a problem with clogged toilet and Dave did a great job fixing it. Plus, Dave was very kind to us. We really appreciate his professionalism. He is really professional.

  I lived at station point formerly the "depot" from 1991 to 2017. My mom an elderly disabled woman was tossed out on the sidewalk by the constable with just a few days notice because they wanted to renovate the apartments and raise the rents. They drove out a lot of the original tenants for this reason. Beacon properties refused to accept the rent payment for 3 months then took my mom to court for non payment. It was traumatic and landed her in the hospital for 4 months. Lastly, they tried to ruin my credit even though I should have been removed from the lease. It took a lot of time and hard work to improve my credit and I'm working to get this unlawful eviction removed. Please do not pay for this over priced property. Mansfield is a wonderful town but this community is not what it used to be.

  I have lived here several years. When I moved in it was amazing now it is horrible. First off “Nonsmoking” total lie! Second it’s all about location one side is great the other……. Third maintenance these dudes are awesome always on top of things busting their a**es. Fourth the kids 🤔 💭 Let’s just say Station Point has about a dozen rotten apples. Running threw apartments banging on walls.A group of boys bullying little kids. Boys pulling down their pants exposing themselves. Fifth the adults when I said a dozen bad apples triple that. Again it’s all about location. Sixth appearance location location location! flowers & green grass or cigarette butts & food wrappers. Seventh the truth about the playgrounds & pools. ONE pool not 2 yes I was told when I moved in years ago the second one was being “fixed” No!! The playgrounds ok so yes we have playgrounds. What you are not told is the nice one is where people smoke. The property line for smoking is right next to it. So the people who do listen to the rules on smoking that’s where they walk to so they can smoke. The other playground is more for older kids. It’s smaller & is all metal. It is where the teenage kids hang out. So as I said when we first moved in we liked it here. In the past 3yrs it has gone down hill each yr it gets worse. Almost everyone I knew when I moved in moved out.
