- TRTena RodriguezJun 9, 20171.0I lived at what was formerly known as " the depot" since I was 6 years old. I'm turning 30 next week. When this place was under Keith properties, and when Judy was in charge, it was great. I couldn't have asked for a better childhood. The neighbors looked out for each other, and their children. The clubhouse was open for the residents to use for birthday parties, and other gatherings. They had a basketball court, and 3 playgrounds. Everybody could have their own grill, not just for the townhouses. Judy was fair and firm. She knew EVERYONE BY NAME. She knew who lived where and with whom. I have many things that concern me about this place, but this just happened today. About 2 weeks ago I received a letter in the mail stating I will have a pre move out inspection on June 9th, with no time noted. I called and asked an estimated time, Lee ( the new manager )informs me in the morning. At 8:58 this morning I called and spoke with Alyssa who said they will be over "shortly". At 9:50am, I called again and spoke with Kim. She said, "oh the head maintenance said he checked that apartment already yesterday". I said excuse me, the letter states today. She begins to say Im sorry it must have been a miscommunication, I dont know why he did that etc. To be honest I'm disappointed the way this place has changed. I'm glad I'm moving. If you are thinking of moving here, save your money and buy a house or if that's not your plan, go to another complex.
