  Chris acted as my buyer agent for the purchase of my first home. While I had found the associated property listing myself online before contacting him, he quickly became an invaluable asset thanks to his cultivated communication skills and extensive knowledge on the homebuying process. He was always available to answer my questions and communicate with all the other parties on my behalf. He also made the price negotiations fairly stress-free by first helping me determine ideal counteroffer ranges and then later obtaining my desired financial concession from the seller based on the inspection results. Having attempted to buy a different home without an agent last year, I felt a lot more confident this time around with Chris in my corner, and it was a pleasure to get to know him.
