  nothing new with ownership I write a Google review to bring the status up, not for management to get comfortable with the placement of their position I was assaulted and battered from a neighbor and management did not do really anything about it as this is in the manual aggressive behavior is not tolerated at all, as it was pretty much tolerated because the fact that the management did not remove the tenant that battery and is still currently staying in here as well as everyone knows it’s supposed to be a safe community. The office appears to be open on Google but then when you call you never get an answer because the management does not answer the phone which is a lack of responsibility and professionally to not shut off the Google status on being open or closed, it would appear to be open during our of operation but then when you call there is no answer you go to the office there’s a sign saying that they are either at a meeting or away at the moment, but on Google essay they are opened as well as false advertisement on luxury apartment when you request to have something done and it cannot be done because of policies and rules when they should be down to the fact that it is about your comfortability as well I am starting to get annoyed at the fact that when I call for something that I need done or need a request to be fulfilled, it is not being taken care of. There was a recent post that specifies the activity that is not being treated here and being ignored by management. they also have a part of the property that is never being maintained or treated at all a roundabout. in the back of building one that they claim to say it’s part of their property, but never have landscaping crew take care of the loop around redemption Pond when old maintenance Jon was here. He had it taken care of every year and tenants were able to walk around the redemption pond located behind building one in the septic building. This location is never been taken care of anymore, as well as all the yellow spots of dead grass in the front of the complex due to a lack of dog areas or designated dog station locations for tenants to walk their dog and use the bathroom without damaging the property grass if you do not believe me you as a visitor are more than welcome to walk around if you’re looking for a new apartment to look for I suggest that you look here and see for yourself that this needs to be adjusted. They cared more when Google reviews were down to 3.4 stars and has been brought up due to all the tenants being respected and heard during their request to have their units looked at and taken care of Pablo. The maintenance had worked really hard to change everything but now is starting to seem like everyone else that was taken care of is no longer a concern to them so they attend to all the other apartments instead of the ones that matter this is a rough review update will be readjusted

  I lived in this apartment for 7 years. The outside looks nice, but inside everything is cheap: no washer or dryer. The management is terrible. Mail was disappearing for almost 6 years, and the locks kept breaking—they never replaced them. I complained for over 6 years. The management is very unprofessional. There is one employee, Pablo, who is a very good guy and always helpful. However, the property manager, Sarsita, is unbelievably unprofessional and extremely rude. This person can make your life a nightmare. After all these complaints, they did fix things with the locks and cameras, but it took almost 6 years. This place raises the rent by almost 20% every year, and all the issues we try to solve, we can’t, because the manager just says there’s a higher boss, but that boss always defers back to the property manager, so you can’t resolve anything, especially financial matters.

  Management is very sweet and solves any few issues I’ve had quickly. Maintenance workers are efficient and happy, easy to talk to and really took time to make sure everything was in order before leaving. My apartment was clean and spacious when I moved in. Overall extremely happy with my experience thus far.

  The move in process was very smooth and Sarsita was super helpful. Maintenance addressed our concerns quickly. We are very happy with our new apartment at Pondside!
