  Honestly, From the start of Coming in & Meeting The Wonderful Taronda, She has made it a pleasure To meet her with her up beat personality and keeping the paperwork Going and a Conversation at the Same time You Know she's a Working 💪 Mom She Can Multiple Task, Today, I come In & She has me meet With Another Wonderful Colleague Adia With a Great Outgoing 👍 Personality Like Me & she is telling my Daughter & Myself All of what the Property Offers Like Job Opportunities 1st For My Daughter, Sold Lol 😆, Then She was telling Us about how they send around Surveys to tenants to ask what they would like to see, and they said a Food Bank, then Next thing You know, Wish Granted... She gave me the paperwork, to SailBoston 2026 & they are Feeding us Breakfast and lunch....& alot More. She ask if we needed help with Furniture because we where coming Out of a Shelter & I was honest & Said Yes, She got up & Started running all over and asking Questions & Came back asked for Info & Started paperwork for that. Honest Question Does Your Management Company Like You This Much.....???? Bet You The Answer is No Unless You Live here, Real Talk... What apartment Complex Likes there Residence this Much. HERE...Is the ANSWER They said they are always doing something here even in the winter... Taronda thank you for a Great Start & Ending to Our Move in & Adia Thank you for teaching me Everything Georgetowne has to offer and helping me with Everything, I was a pleasure meeting you both....

  Georgetown is horrible to there tenants. I’ve moved here back in 2022 and it’s been a nightmare. 1. There recertification process is horrible. Every year it never fails . I give in everything asked of me and they take too long to process it or they always lose paperwork so I end up getting a violation for it being completed late. 2. My daughter has an allergy to the dust in the carpet I have asked to move to an apartment with no carpet and it’s always something different. Either they don’t have the paper work or the doctors note that I provided 3 times. It took them going to court for them to actually see clean my carpet. 3. The whole parking situation. When they were open until late I was able to get a visitor parking pass didn’t matter whose name was on the registration. Now it’s a whole big thing and there’s never parking in the visitor parking lot. 4. When we went to court I was told by GEORGETOWNS LAWYERS to have a paper trail when ever I speak to them. Today when I went in I requested to have the conversation in writing and EMILIO refused. They do not like to take accountability or have paper trails. This is an awful place to live. Front office is so unprofessional. Zero stars

  Terrible communication and management. My husband and I have been waiting for months to speak to someone. We’ve called, left voicemails, emailed and sent in multiple applications and seemingly have been ignored. The leasing manager is apparently never actually in office, the front desk workers are impatient and never seem to actually have an answer for why this process has gone the way it has. We’ve been waiting for going on 4 months to hear something from someone even a rejection/denial, but haven’t even received that. The worst part is we’re not even applying through a voucher program, which we all know takes months to get approved through. It’s our hard earned money we’re trying to rent with. At this point I’m convinced they post fake listings with no intention of actually renting them out. I’d hate to have to report them to the BBB for this but they need to do better.

  These homes look good on the outside but inside they are terriable. I moved in in Feb20017 since I moved here there has been a mouse problem witch I called the management about several times and we in sept and this is still a problem nothing has changed ecologic comes out to the apt for nothing. Second there was an accident where the neighbor hood childern were throwing rocks at my 7,4 when I went outside to talk to a parent there were no kids to be found next thing I know security is at my door claiming my company went outside threading kids my company never left my house but when security ask to speak to him I told him to come outside cause I knew nothing happened all of a sudden the security became hostile with him and started to touch him at this point I asked my company to get in his car and leave next thing I know I'm getting a letter of tenancy termination because of this
