  I lived at Highlands for two years. We were lucky to have gotten a top floor corner apartment. The view was nice, and I loved the natural lighting offered by the sliding door into the living room. The property itself is pretty quiet, there are some nearby commercial businesses that can be kind of annoying at times, but overall the inside of our apartment was very quiet. We never had any major maintenance issues, the few tickets we had were promptly addressed and Daniel from Maintenance is a friendly and professional guy. Rent increases were minimal, and the property management seemed like they wanted to keep tenants. Highland Commons and downtown Hudson are very close by, and it's a plus being located so close to 495. I'll miss the amazing sunrises the most!

  am very dissatisfied with the service at Highlander Condominium. I have tried several times to schedule a tour to see an apartment, but I can never get it arranged online. Today, I came in person, scheduled a time, returned at the agreed time, and there was nobody there to assist me. It is very disappointing because the apartments seem beautiful, and I was genuinely interested in renting here. Unfortunately, it is impossible to keep going back and forth without any commitment or respect for the scheduled appointments. My rating is 1 star due to the lack of customer service, organization, and commitment to prospective tenants.

  So at Saturday morning at 8:40 their was no salt on the stairs of the 3 rd building and I feel down the stairs and hurt my back plz next time but salt down faster so my back doesn’t get hurt next time from Brandon

  I recently moved to Highlands at Hudson and am pleasantly surprised. I was able to get a reasonable price for an apartment I love in a great environment. Pushed back in the woods away from the noise and traffic but very close to 495 and amazing stores like Market Basket and restaurants like Rail Trail flat bread. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Heath from the leasing office has been a great point of contact and made my move in super easy. Sean the property manager helped me with some difficult questions I had. Dan and Cristian in Maintenance are very attentive and always have a smile. I saw the property instagram page and all the events they did last year and I can’t wait to see what Heath comes up with this year. Thanks everyone! Very happy so far!

  We just recently moved to the Highlands at Hudson and our experience has been amazing so far! Heath was incredibly helpful during the application process and answering any questions since we moved in. Daniel with the maintenance team has also been super helpful getting any work orders taken care of. We love the walkable areas on the property for our dog and how quiet the community is!
