  If you enjoy unauthorized entry into your apartment without notice, you'll love it here. I have documented evidence that someone had been inside my apartment while I was away. When I returned, my bathroom had clearly been used and was left with both solid and liquid waste. Whether this was management staff or an unauthorized person who somehow gained access, I still do not know. Instead of treating this as a serious security concern, management took days to respond and largely dismissed the situation as though it were no big deal. When I questioned the delayed response, I was told they had been "very busy" with other matters. I'm sorry, but a report that someone may have entered a tenant's locked apartment without notice should be treated as a top priority—not something addressed whenever there's spare time. To make matters worse, management owns hallway surveillance cameras that overlook the entrance to my apartment. Rather than reviewing the footage to determine whether anyone entered my unit, I was told they simply asked employees if they had gone inside and accepted their answers. An investigation into a potential unauthorized entry should rely on available objective evidence, not solely on verbal assurances. It took three separate phone calls before I finally was told that they "just simply don't work." The incompetence started on day one. I scheduled a tour of the apartment with the Assistant Property Manager and even took time off work to attend. When I arrived, the leasing office was closed, nobody was there to show the unit, and no one answered the phone. I later learned that my appointment had never been entered into their system, meaning my time off work was wasted because of their own failure to schedule an appointment they had already confirmed. The lack of organization continued during the leasing process. I was provided with a list of documents to bring to lease signing. I arrived prepared with everything requested. Instead of appreciating that I had followed their instructions, the staff seemed confused as to why I had brought all of the required documentation in the first place and just simply took a photocopy of 1 of the dozen documents. The communication surrounding apartment inspections has been equally disorganized. A notice was posted on my door regarding annual inspections stating they would begin on July 1—despite the notice itself being posted nine days after that date had already passed. The notice also stated inspections would begin "soon," offering no meaningful timeframe whatsoever. Then, on July 13, another notice was issued stating there had been an error with the original inspection schedule. Two days later, on July 15, someone had apparently been inside my apartment despite the confusion surrounding the notices and without any notice being provided to me for that entry. Overall, I cannot recall a single professional interaction with this management office. Nearly every issue has involved poor communication, mistakes, incomplete work, or tasks that simply were never done. From missed appointments, disorganized leasing, contradictory inspection notices, and an apparent unauthorized entry that was handled with little urgency, this has consistently been one of the most frustrating management experiences I have had. The only consistently professional individual I've encountered throughout this experience has been Tillian.

  The studio apartments are better, though I think they call them condos because they're in the separate building which they aren't condos just long studio apartments. Lots of light comes through the windows which looked nice in the morning. But the the windows are very drafty, too much cold comes through the cracks, I had plastic wrap all the windows. Rent kept going up every year which caused me to get a real condo at a fixed mortgage.

  I've been here over 7 years on my own and living with my uncle now that I don't have section 8 priorities are the ones that have some type of assistance! after 5 months of asking for my bathroom to be fixed it got done half way and now it's been 2 weeks since they left it done half way but everyone has an excuse for everything as soon as I can i will be moving out of this place that has changed for the worse and I'm not the only tenant with issues I will be telling them how to do a review as well if they choose to any how 2023/2024 new management came along with promises to help but when i needed the help the help was rejected or disputed, first they never submitted the paperwork for the raft program from their end, then after i went through bankruptcy they filed a motion, they promised me they were there to help, where exactly are you trying to help?
