The Pandemic Hardship Program (P.H.P.) is a non-government funded program, formed to assist homeowners who may be having difficulty managing their mortgage payments. The P.H.P. helps those who may be looking for alternate options on how to possibly avoid foreclosures, mortgage defaults and other negative reporting that may occur on their credit report, due to missed or late payments on a mortgage loan. The P.H.P. determines options that would best fit the homeowner, including making mortgage payment on the homeowner’s behalf, property management, property loans being paid in full on the homeowner’s behalf, on a situational basis. No credit, employment, background check or tax return information is required for the process.
