  Union house has been great to us! I would love to personally shout out Will, he has been extremely helpful and supportive in any issue that we’ve had in our apartment. He listens to every detail and it is obvious that he cares. He is friendly and always says hi around the building. Union house is VERY lucky to have Will as a part of their team and us tenants are very lucky to have him to help us with any maintenance needs or even questions! Thank you so much Will! Also we are very grateful to Caroline in admin for always answering our questions and emails. She is a very kind and friendly face in the building. Caroline has a great response time and has always been very helpful and supportive to any needs or concerns that we’ve had in the time that we’ve lived here! We are so grateful for the team here at Union House and love living here!

  As a resident at Union House for 2 years I would recommend the apartment because it is luxurious, clean, and welcoming. The fitness center is very functional and the garaged parking worked extremely well. It is also central to many things like grocery stores, parks, hospitals, major highways. Definitely for those who prefer a more active and upbeat style of living.

  I have lived at Union House for more than a year, and my experience has been great. Justin, Caroline, and the maintenance team have always been helpful, responsive, and professional. Every request I have submitted has been addressed and resolved promptly. The location is also very convenient, with many local shops nearby and the commuter rail station just steps away. Overall, Union House has been a comfortable and enjoyable place to live.

  I have decided to break my lease due to safety concerns in the area and let me tell you… it’s going to cost $9,972 to break it. I had a homeless man follow me outside (right outside the property) to the point where I had to hide in a random store and I watched (and recorded with my phone) the same try to break in to the house that faces my window. I am terrified to stay here longer. The doors seem to be left open and so does the loading dock door on the 1st floor. Caroline’s answer to my experience? “oh that hasn’t happened to me in the time that I’ve lived here” which I found to be dismissive. I’m not going to tell you whether to or not move here, just keep in mind that companies need to make money and what better way, than to disregard your concerns and charge you instead.

  We’ve been here for a little over a year now. Justin, Caroline, and the rest of the team have been phenomenal in making our lives easier at Union House. They have a great community and care about their residents. I’ve lived in a couple apartment complexes but this is by far the place to be. Cannot recommend it enough amenities, apartment, and all!
