  Edmands House is a fantastic bang for the buck. The apartments are spacious, with many convenient amenities as well as utilities included with the rent. The building itself is extremely well built, sturdy, and safe. Property management is very pleasant to work with, particularly Irina. All in all, a great value in bustling Framingham!

  Irina does a stellar job as the property manager at Edmands. Throughout the move-in process, she demonstrated the utmost professionalism, knowledge, courtesy and kindness. She is also extremely efficient; rendering the complicated paperwork involved in a lot of processes much easier for all parties involved. I love living at Edmands and I know I'm in great hands with Irina.

  I happen to have a great view from the 5th floor. You don't even need curtains. Nobody can see in when you're up this high! I have taken hundreds of sunrise pictures off my balcony all came out so beautiful. I'll have to learn how to post the album here. They're amazing. Lots of privacy. Everyone gets along. It feels like a city within a city. We've been her about 5 years, maybe 6 and we love it. No complaints here. Linda Oppelt & Mark Chase
