  Best Review I’ve had a wonderful experience since moving into my new apartment! The staff is friendly and welcoming, the customer service is excellent, and everything is well-organized and professionally managed. The team truly delivers on what they promise, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I’m very happy with my new home and would highly recommend this apartment community! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Original review[11:11 08/12/2026] Very disappointing management experience so far. I moved in on June 6 and was told my move-in rent credit would be applied about one month later. More than two months have passed, and the Spring 2026 concession listed in my lease still has not been applied. There is also an unresolved renter’s insurance billing issue. My lease adjustment shows that I switched to a third-party insurance policy, but the related charges have still not been refunded or credited. The most frustrating part is the lack of communication. I have called and emailed the leasing office multiple times and received no response. I’m still waiting for management to resolve these billing issues. I will update this review if they are handled properly. Update[13:27 08/12/2026]: The rent concession was finally applied after more than two months. The renter’s insurance refund is still outstanding. I am keeping this review as-is for now because the significant delay and repeated lack of response were part of my actual experience. I am updating my rating to 2 stars to reflect the resolution while preserving my experience with the delays and communication issues. Update[10:08 08/18/2026]: I am updating my rating to 3 stars to reflect that they refunded my lease insurance finally, but preserving the delays and communication issues I experienced; howevery, I do like the community I'm living in, and like walking around my appartment and enjoy the beautiful scenery around. Hopefully, the management team would improve their service quality.

  Very bad experience, the apartment was dirty the air you can see that Junca was serviced because the filters are covered with a lot of dust the apartment smells bad the floor was dirty the bathrooms were dirty the delivery of the apartment was too late the air in the main room does not work the apartment they gave me or it looks like the one they presented to me at all the walls were stained

  Communication with leasing office, especially anything related to lease or account charges takes forever. The common areas feel quite outdated.
