  I resided there a few years ago. The location is convenient — within close proximity to Walmart and Natick Mall — The apartment had persistent issues with mice and cockroaches, and the trash area was consistently left in an unsanitary state. To make matters worse, my security deposit was never returned after I moved out.

  I toured this apartment several days ago and I haven’t been able to stop thinking about it. I have NEVER toured a more abhorrent building in my life. The hallways were dimly lit, smelly, and dirty. Literally felt like a dungeon. The elevator was broken and so we had to walk up the stairs, and we passed two women complaining to each other about how awful the place was and how they couldn’t wait to get out. We get to the floor with the model apartment, and we are smacked in the face with the smell of cat pee and poop. Lo and behold, a giant cat turd right in the middle of the hallway. I had to cover my nose to keep from gagging. The only reason I bothered to see the apartment itself was so that I could have a break from the overwhelming stench. The tour guide wanted to show us another unit in a different building and we refused. I can’t even imagine how bad the further building would have been. I can’t believe how anyone would live there, and the employees who are showing this place off should be embarrassed.

  Julian went above and beyond to assist us in finding our apartment home. Will all his efforts and knowledge of the property, Julian made this property feel like a home to us. Julian deserves a 19* review as he is knowledge of the property and the current units available. Such an asset to the company this man deserves a raise!!!!
