  We are new to four winds apartments we sold our home in Somerset. Four winds have exceptionally gone out of their way to save an apartment for us until our house was sold. The property is maintained beautifully, the people throughout the property are very friendly and helpful. It’s very dog friendly! Jen who runs a tight shit to make living here pleasant. I would recommend anyone to stay here. I didn’t get to use the pool this summer hopefully next summer. My husband and I like to play pool which they do have in the community room and a large tv for Sunday Football. I could go on and on and on about all the positives of living here and can’t find one negative. My husband and I finally found a place to call home. It’s very quiet and peaceful. We have 2 balconies, our dogs love them.

  I needed to move in immediately and within a day Jen made it happen so smoothly! The office staff are very friendly and helpful. Also, the grounds are beautiful! Thankful I chose this place! 🙂

  Now that we have lived here for a few months and the “everything is brand new to us” has naturally worn off, I wanted to follow up with another review of what life here is really like: incredible, peaceful, and an overall sense of happiness. Our neighbors have been extremely welcoming and are great people. The environment is kept extremely clean including the dumpsters and landscaping. Most importantly, Jenn is a phenomenal property manager who truly cares for this place. Despite having hundreds of units, she treats every resident like an individual and approaches everyone with respect and kindness. The few, small, and pretty normal hiccups have been immediately resolved with zero gaslighting from management - something we never experienced in our last place in another city under different management. We love it here and are incredibly happy. We are definitely going to renew our lease when that time comes and are planning on staying here until we eventually buy a home. The peace can’t be beat. We’re on the same side as the train tracks and we don’t even hear it. My son is thriving since we moved here and is being invited to apply for every top university in the country on a full ride scholarship because of how much his focus has improved since we moved here. We love it and we highly recommend grabbing a unit while there are some available. Just the fact we can do laundry in our unit can’t be beat, but when you add in the clean and peaceful environment, this place has become our favorite place we’ve ever lived, as we’ve both lived in multiple states and countries. It is also extremely clear that management cares about Life Safety and ensures all of our fire alarm and suppression systems are inspected properly and up to code. I work in Life Safety and let me tell you- it’s RARE to see residential locations where every extinguisher is up to date and the stickers on the panels are also up to date, but that’s not rare to see here, where everything is up to code and tested to be perfectly functioning in case we ever have an emergency. We compared our last apartment complex to being worse than Afghanistan but we don’t have a single negative thing to say about this community🥰 we also have loads of cardinals and who could be upset about that?

  Jenn in the leasing office is terrific. I had an issue with a neighbor that she handled right away. Our mailboxes at times gets stuck. When the post office cannot deliver the mail, they delivered it to her and she sorts it and delivers it to our doors. It is nice that you know someone is making sure your needs are met.

  We have lived here for almost 4 years now and have had many people in the office chnage out. Since Jenn and Chad have taken over it had been a great experience to be here. We love our apartment mantinence is prompt and helpful. Its quiet unless you mind a family living environment yes kids live here but it is not loud. Over all its a safe place to be and we appreciate everything Jenn and Chad have done for us! Thank you!
