  Our condo board switched to Evergreen Management in May. Tatiana, our property manager, has been outstanding from day one — professional, responsive, reliable, and incredibly knowledgeable. She goes above and beyond to address my questions and issues quickly and effectively. Based on my personal experience, Tatiana’s dedication and professionalism have made a significant positive impact on our community. Highly recommend.

  Evergreen has be extremely responsive and Tatiana Braz provides excellent service to our condominium association. Her communication and responsiveness to our issues has surpassed our expectations. She works diligently meet our community needs and negotiates well with vendors to provide the best services for the best prices.

  Not even 1 star you call the management Not responding any request denied any winter work round the area horrible last snow we had they didn't even come to shovel or provide us with salt or even parking are taken by intruders also trash situation worst and worst just pay every month the way it works until something happened down the road.
