  Sluggish Service and no Support. Evergreen Management (Associa) is expensive for what you get, delivering nothing but delays, errors, and frustration. Overpriced Subpar Service: Their management fees are high, yet the community looks neglected and tasks are constantly left unfinished. No Legal Guidance: They offer no direction on bylaws, compliance, or local regulations, leaving the board to navigate complex legal matters entirely alone. Inaccurate Financials: Monthly financial reports are consistently late. When they finally show up, they are full of accounting errors and messy numbers. Delayed Communication: You will get a response eventually, but expect a long wait. You have to send multiple follow-ups just to get a basic update. Repair Backlog: Maintenance requests drag. Necessary property repairs sit in a backlog indefinitely while common areas deteriorate. painfully slow to provide any actual value. Property Managers are overloaded. Avoid them. If you do sign- ask for Reggie, he's the best the have, and one of the best I've met- Very knowledgeable and supportive.

  I have been on boards of condo associations under different management before and, I can honestly say that I would never have given any other management company five stars. Our property manager, Tatiana Braz, is outstanding. She works hard with us to solve problems that arise and has dealt effectively on our behalf with contractors. She is extremely responsive to questions, inquiries and complaints from property owners. My experience as a board member of an association that contracts with Evergreen has been nothing but positive.

  Not even 1 star you call the management Not responding any request denied any winter work round the area horrible last snow we had they didn't even come to shovel or provide us with salt or even parking are taken by intruders also trash situation worst and worst just pay every month the way it works until something happened down the road.

  Reggie Thomas is by far the best of several condo association managers that I have dealt with over the years. Always, he was personable, responsive, efficient and effective in answering my questions and concerns. I would certainly nominate him for the “All Star Manager Award”! His assistant, Shelly Kaner, was also friendly and responsive on the occasions I interacted with her.

  This response is a collective one from the Board of Trustees at Angell Brook Village Condominium Association in West Boylston. As such, this review reflects the views of our entire Board. Our Association has been a client of the Evergreen-Harvard Group starting with the firm know as Evergreen Management. We have been through several Property Managers since our first contract was signed with Evergreen-Harvard Group and we now have Reggie Thomas and Shelly Kaner assigned to our property. We are very satisfied with their responsiveness and follow-through. Both of these professionals are thorough, open to listening to concerns and or issues in managing an over 55 community and focus on timely communications to the Board, our Community and Vendors. We are pleased that both Reggie and Shelly are assigned to our property and hope that they will continue on as part of our Management Team.
