  We are currently residents. The minute our lease is up, we will be gone. If you are looking for peace and quiet, look elsewhere. The walls are paper thin and you hear everything your neighbors do. And the other tenants are rude, obnoxious, partying and smashing around at all hours of the day however as long as they are quiet from 10p to 7a, nothing can be done. It's like living in a dorm room at college. Smoking is a nonstop issue here even though it's in the lease you will sign that this is a no smoking premises. The neighbors below us smoke on their deck and so we cannot even enjoy our deck without breathing in 2nd smoke. The leasing office can't make them stop so it's been nonstop reporting of their smoking for 4 months now with no relief. There are at least 2 or 3 smokers in our building but prepare to need proof for anyone to take you seriously. Moving in here was the worst decision for us.

  I moved into Sofi just about a month ago now! I toured with Jeremyah and he made the experience so pleasant which was a massive factor in my decision to move here! He was kind and patient, and always answering any and all questions that I had! So far, everything has been wonderful! The leasing team is very friendly and responsive. Lindsey assisted with my move in, she was also extremely kind, patient and helpful! The maintenance team is also wonderful, getting things done very quickly and efficiently! Everything is also made very easy for the resident, everything being able to be quickly submitted online is a breeze! I would highly recommend Sofi Danvers!

  Have to give 1 star to even write this but they don’t even deserve the 1. Moved in to Endicott Green and everything was great! Once Sofi took over, everything went south. I was reporting black mold in my bathroom and my bedroom and kept being pushed aside. I was told someone would come check it out and handle it and it was never addressed. I have email proof of communication that no one addressed these concerns. Almost 2 years after moving out, my credit took a big hit from a credit agency saying Sofi reported me owing over $20,000. Talked to Matt numerous times with no results and have filed numerous credit disputes with no luck. Now my lawyer will be contacting both the credit agency and Sofi…..DO NOT MOVE HERE (unless you want to get sick).

  Guys in leasing office so damn unprofessional, they never reply emails or pickup calls, maybe they do for certain people. Ain’t surprised they got bad reviews
