  As a current resident, I wanted to share that the new property manager, Chris, was incredibly attentive and understanding when addressing my concerns. I felt heard, respected, and treated fairly. It was a genuinely pleasant interaction, and great management like this makes a big difference.

  We applied here . Told the leasing agent our situation.. needing a cosigner and being in between jobs...reply no problem.... information she stated was incorrect,as stated by regional manager jillian....jillian also stated that the refund check was in the mail and that she personally took care of it.. several weeks went by and no refund...dragging there feet blaming the mail service,alot of bs...i finally did receive refund after calling several times and dealing with jillian....being a regional manager i would expect better service...

  Worst experience ever. My wife and I were looking for an apartment and unfortunately we decided to apply here. During the first contact, the ladies in the office were very helpful, until I paid $750 to hold the apartment I chose. After that, I was supposed to receive an answer about whether my application was approved or denied. They also told me that if I was approved and did not respond within 24 hours, they would keep the $750 deposit. THE PROBLEM IS: my application was denied, and they still have my $750. It has now been almost two months since the denial and I am still waiting for my refund. When you call, no one answers. When I go to the office, Illana (I believe that’s her name) gives the same excuses every time, saying the financial office is in another state. She has written down my phone number three times and has never called me back. Today is the fifth time I’ve come here after being told the check would be ready yesterday (03/04) or today. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend wasting your time applying here or renting from this company.

  My partner and I have truly enjoyed living at Coach House. Our apartment is spacious, clean, and has felt like home from the moment we picked up our keys. There’s a wonderful sense of community among the residents, which can’t always be said in apartment living. Helen in management is very approachable and responsive. She organizes many special events for the residents, which adds to the sense of community here. We hope to stay here for years to come.

  I love living at Coach House because from day one, the staff made me feel at home [even though I moved from far away]. Everything I could want and more is within walking distance to my new apartment and I feel lucky every day to have found such a great place to call home! Also, I have never moved into an apartment before that was so professionally cleaned! They take great care of the facilities such as vacuuming the stairways [at least once a week], prompt snow removal, and if I ever need anything, the staff is always happy to greet me with a smile at the office next door. I would highly recommend this complex :)
