Great floor plan with lots of space and light. Quiet and peaceful. The building is very well managed and maintained. Staff are helpful and cheerful. I highly recommend Acorn properties.

They were incredibly responsive to my needs and solved any requests quickly and thoroughly. The building itself is new and clean. I never had any issues with pests or pesty neighbors (it is quiet yet friendly culture in the building). The location is great: there is a bus stop is right across the street and a train station nearby, along with many grocery & convenience stores all within walking distance. There is a beautiful park and lake trail accessible directly across the building that I frequented almost every day. The building uses a convenient yet secure code system for entry and packages. I always felt safe, secure, and comfortable when returning home. Most importantly, the people who run the building are kind and have the tenants' best interests at heart.
