  Sam Kaye of Metro Realty recently helped me find an apartment in Brighton. He was absolutely amazing the entire time. He was able to set up viewings quickly. He was always on time. He remembered that I needed bike storage and found out all about it before we even went to see the apartments. Once I found an apartment he guided me through the entire application process smoothly. He quickly followed up on little details that were very important to me during the move-in. And he is friendly and courteous and a pleasure to work with. I was so dreading the entire process but he made it bearable and successful! I cannot recommend Sam Kaye highly enough.

  I worked with Metro to rent my current apartment. While interpersonally they were nice, they did a really poor job at doing a robust punch-list and adequately preparing the apartment for my family. The apartment we rented was clearly not ready in any way to have us. For example, most of the appliances are multiple years past their lifespan (including the HVAC which malfunctioned on the day of our move, requiring us to stay in a hotel), the cleaning was done extremely poorly, multiple issues with fixtures etc. Overall, I would be extremely diligent if renting from them. Especially if the apartment is more expensive.

  Gracie Winn was fantastic to work with. She doesn’t waste your time showing you random places; she really listens to your needs and budget and matches you with the right options. What stood out most was how well she tracked everything and communicated at every step. Thanks to her and her team!
