  I had mold in my apartment. Not only did I have to investigate their staff on what products they were using (see below the office manager states her maintenance supervisor used the incorrect product after being told not to), I had to sleep on my couch, had constant work meetings interrupted and couldn’t use my bedroom for A WEEK. For $2600 in rent for a 1 bedroom they said $500 is the only credit they could offer as it equates to that portion of rent but the mold was caused by THEIR hvac leaking and they also told me I would have to move my furniture as it was “a liability” for their maintenance to move it. Which is against the law in MA. Not only did my dresser get a chip from being moved, it has water damage from the leak and their office says I need to pay my renters insurance deductible bc “that’s what it’s for.” So I have to bear the cost for damage that was their fault. But the mold, if I hadn’t been ontop of them about what steps they were taking/products being used to remove the mold prior to the new carpet they would have slapped a new carpet down. These people don’t care about you they truly only care about the money you put in their pockets when they lock you in on that lease. Oh and yes that is DOG PISS and some sort of bird feeder trash on the photos attached. I’ve sent in close to 15 complaints about this and the office does nothing. It’s disgusting and unsanitary and frustrating when your belongings are covered in dog pee, I had to throw out all of my patio furniture bc i couldn’t get the smell out. They have gone through office staff like nothing I’ve ever seen and this place has truly gone to shit. If you care about quality of life this is not your place. DO NOT RENT HERE. PLEASE

  This place has gone so down hill the last year . They understaff their maintenance so if you have no hot water like we did (with a toddler by the way) it will take days to fix it. And the office told us “they will get to it in order of priority.” The office doesn’t communicate to their maintenance staff which is frustrating. They failed to communicate notes from one of my neighbors and the young maintenance kid went in their unit to fix something and got bit by the dog. All because the office staff is so poor at communicating. It’s hella gross that they let big trash items pile up next to the dumpsters and sometimes move the stuff to the back trying to hide itso we don’t see it sitting there for months on end. Weve seen RATS dead and alive all around there. It’s disgusting. Upstairs neighbor issues you have to resolve on your own because Casey the office manager dos nothing about it like ain’t that your job? Of course they’re going to be nice getting you to sign the paperwork. But don’t, go look at their sister property VIVA. It’s right down the road and pushed back from the main road. We just moved in a couple months ago and the office staff you can tell cares and is attentive, the price is comparable and with having a family safety is very important. It’s like night and day.

  Don’t be fooled by the seemingly kind office staff. As soon as you live here you’ll regret it. The quality of this place has gone downhill. They care more about increasing your rent year over year than fixing whats broke, updating what’s severely outdated and will not directly resolve any issues - they will just send out a vague email. They have pool passes this year (little rubber bracelets) that if you lose it’s $75 replacement and their “security” that they claim is to “ensure pool rules are abided by” sits in the gym while people blast their speakers, screaming children & both adults and kids cannonball in the pool with no consideration for who gets wet. Some people only bae two days a week to relax and the fact they can’t do it at the pool at their own complex is ridiculous. OH AND A woman had her car stolen a couple months ago and the office refused to let her see the camera footage. If anything happens in the parking lot they will not let you see the footage. Tenants have communicated the reckless kids and their dirt bikes circling the parking lot, cars going extremely fast and almost hitting people walking their dogs or with their kids, loud neighbors at 2 am - but nothing. They will just send a vague email that no one reads and there’s no repercussions for these behaviors people do whatever they want. This place used to be quiet and feel safe, it’s gone so downhill and if you do decide to move here be sure to chat with other tenants because they will tell you what’s really going on. And Please get rid of Casey she is the most incompetent “manager” they put in this position.
