  Great space to have an office space. Amazing staff of wework, so warm and welcoming, you feel important everyday. Their events are awesome too, Kudos to Minn (sorry i spelled it wrong) and community manager there. Great energy guys, keep it going

  The WeWork itself is excellent — the Back Bay location is fantastic, with great coffee, friendly staff, sparkling water, and a really good vibe in the space. Unfortunately, the building entry experience is a completely different story. I recently joined with an all-access pass, but my badge doesn't work for the building entrance, even with my all access pass. This means every single day starts the same way: an abrasive security guard shouting "Sir! Sir!" as if I've just robbed the place. I'm then interrogated with clear suspicion — even after I show them my access and they confirm I'm authorised to be there. To top it off, I then get ID'd and I'm made to wait in line for a visitor sticker to put on my shirt. Since I won't wear the sticker on my shirt to work every day, the whole ordeal repeats itself every time I leave and return — whether that's for a coffee run or lunch. The WeWork team and space are genuinely great. Sort out the building access and this would be a 5-star experience.

  I won’t trade experience from 501 Boylston with any other WeWork in Boston, they rock! Dusica is beyond friendly with guests and members!

  Great WeWork. Dusica helped me when I forgot my charger in my work office and made a huge difference in my day. They go above and beyond here!
