The overall design of the three floors (utilitarian, glass walls, exposed pipes, etc) lends to poor noise insulation in walls and ceilings and I wish there were more coverings on the glass so I didn't have to watch people pacing while on the phone. So in sum, I think the staff is great - my concerns are primarily with the construction and corporate design.
