The case was still there (not closed) because of the faulty outlet that has a type-c outlet that is not functioning! And the technician last time said he would order one and wait for its arrival. I think it hasn’t been changed yet cause it’s still not working ( the one on the outer wall of the washing closet

From our dryer not working to jumpstarting my car, he was always there! Kudos to him and the entire Indie team, thank you ❤️
