  We have worked twice with Chris and would never work with anyone else. He helped us buy our Beacon Hill condo in 2011 and sell it in 2026. A colleague recommended Chris in 2011 because he was “very chill” - and it was indeed wonderful to work with such a calm, diplomatic, and patient person. He “read the room” perfectly and helped us craft an offer that appealed to the sellers while saving us money. Based on that experience, we reached out to him when it was time to sell in 2026, and didn’t consider hiring anyone else. Chris really knows his stuff, and we just knew we were in good hands. His expert advice about pricing, offers, inspections, and repairs was spot-on, and he has a strong network of professionals that made our entire transaction smooth and speedy. Chris is an excellent communicator, knowing just when to touch base without hovering, and he’s extremely responsive. If we had one piece of advice to give to a potential buyer or seller, we would say “Hire Chris” and follow his advice!

  As a first time homebuyer with a relatively limited budget in the time of COVID, it was a daunting process. Chris's team (I worked primarily with Chris and Jack) were AMAZING. We started looking at houses even before i had finished saving up my down payment, so I had a really good idea of what things i wanted, liked etc. They taught me a lot about evaluating a house (what to look for when i went to an open house on my own etc) and about the entire process. When i was finally ready to buy we knew immediately when I'd found the right spot and they made to process so easy! As someone who is works odd hours I could rely on Chris to help manage all the things and highlight what was important. Even after the purchase he's checked in and made sure things are going well. I so appreciate his guidance through the process, would 100% recommend to anyone, especially a first time buyers.
