Placed draw amounts in areas they pleased in order to make sense of their draw records (which are not correct) just to satisfy the higher ups. Draw request where always less than the amount needed. I believe they purposely make things difficult in order to see the borrower suffer or take longer on project so they can make more money. I hope and pray these people suffer and are no longer in business. Their practices are not what borrowers deserve. Walk away from them if you have the chance!
