  From the first moment we met with Matt, we felt sure that he was the right person for the job! He took the time to understand our needs and motivation for moving house, was very patient as we naviagated a situation that we knew nothing about and couldn't have been kinder when we called him day or night. There were a few bumps along the way and Matt used his knowledge and experience to deal with them easily, reassure us and give us excellent advice, whilst still fighting our corner and making sure that we got the best deal possible. His experience and advice was crucial in our move being a success and we were very lucky to have Matt with us every step of the way. Again, his knowledge of every situation that came up and the calmness with which he handled it, was phenomenal. He has an incredible personality and didn't treat us like clients but more like friends. Thank you, Matt!
