  WARNING TO CONTRACTORS AND SUBCONTRACTORS I want to share a situation so other small contractors and workers don’t go through the same problem. A company called Concord Design and Landscape LLC hired us for snow removal work. The agreement was that the work would be paid after the service was completed. After the work was done, multiple checks were issued as payment. Unfortunately, the checks were returned by the bank due to insufficient funds (NSF). Because of this situation, the workers who performed the job have not been paid and are now demanding their money, which has created a very difficult situation for everyone involved. We have messages, copies of the checks, and bank records showing that the checks were returned. We are still hoping this situation will be resolved and that payment will be made. However, we believe it is important to share this information so other subcontractors and small businesses can be aware and protect themselves. If the situation is not resolved, we will pursue the proper legal channels.

  I have lived at Marquee over a year. The area is quiet and amazing in so many ways! The office Manager Nicole is always finding ways to do things with the community (i.e. Bingo, Pizza Parties, Pumpkin Painting, Walking Taco Bars). The cleaning staff and maintenance are always on time and prompt - it is a clean space. The units are all different but beautifully put together. The pool and gym are beautiful amenities. Would 10/10 recommend for a home for any family- but it’s especially wonderful if you have children !

  I love living here! The management team is phenomenal and is always looking to help and support those whom live here! Nicole in the office is great and super genuine!

  The landlord's staff is not very responsible for tenants' needs, and their service quality is significantly below standard. Do not expect the manager to resolve any issues—she will never correct her staff’s actions, even when it is evident that they have provided poor service. The apartment is simply not worth the rental price. If possible, choose another place with better service quality—this one is not worth considering. Additionally, be extremely cautious if you decide to live here and sign a contract with the landlord. Make sure to keep documented evidence, as, based on my experience, the landlord frequently denies any oral promises to serve their own interests, especially regarding rental fees, break-out fees, and any financial matters.
