Samantha from property management is also very helpful and kind. She always answers my questions and makes sure everything is okay. I’m happy with the service they provide.

Maybe ask people if they want a flea market or garage sale out there from residents. Clothing swaps. Mutual aid like baby sitting for helping someone get groceries. Ways to help community grow.
- HSH SJun 9, 20215.0The best apartment complex in Amherst for people with children or pets. I have lived in many apartments complexes around the Amherst area, and this new one is my favorite due to the friendly staff, convenient location, and useful amenities: gym (with a peloton), dog wash room, playground for kids, and a small gravel dog area. The location is within a walking distance of a dog/children park, a bus stop, has lots of parking, and a shopping area. The manager, Arthur, is very friendly and accommodating to each resident's needs. Julie, one of the office staff, is so kind, communitive, and extremely helpful. The other maintenance staff I see around multiple times always greet me with a smile. They keep the hallways and parking area clean and clear of snow. I felt safe in the area thanks to the electronic locked doors key system, security cameras, great lighting at night, and a security guard patrolling the area. Definitely recommend living here if you have small children, pets, or want a quiet (not so college like) environment.

From the day we toured, we felt welcome and couldn't wait to move in. Close enough to UMass, if you need to go there, but far enough away that you don't feel like you're in the middle of a college town. If you are thinking about moving here, just do it. Its absolutely worth the money given the location, brand new apartments, and amenities.
