  The staff here is excellent and the location is perfect. Walking distance to take the train into the city and less than 5 minutes to the grocery store and Target. Island Grove is within a nice walking distance. Plus, who doesn't love central AC and no additional cost for "pet rent"?!

  This is an updated review. When I first moved to the property there was another property manager that was really bad with communication. She would constantly ignore emails and would never be in the office. After a few months, they got a new manager named Michelle and assistant manager Julie. The property really took a turn for the best. I lived at Woodlands for 2 years and I have to say i had a great experience. The amenities are great: pool open during the summer, tennis court, community room - which i rented once for a birthday party and it was great - also the maintenance folks are soooo nice and fast with repairs. I also want to give a shout out to Julie who was always very helpful and responsive. I knew i could always count on her for issues or to be available when i needed to come by to get my packages. This is really a nice place to live and the units are beautiful.

  Good people maintenance is awesome just a all around nice place to live . Nothing bad to say about the place
