Maintenance is horrible to get in touch with. When I moved in half of the stuff was not working or not installed correctly I had to constantly call and show up to the office to get help. Then the flooding started... for the past two months my apartment has been flooding. I've been calling and emailing and sending work order request. One time somebody came vaccuum the water up and left. The next time somebody was supposed to come vaccuum it up but never showed up. The water just goes back into the floorboard they probably have mold all inside the unit. From what I heard several ither units are flooding. Nobody does anything but vaccuums up the water. I have been having flooding in my apartment for teo months and today water just started pouring in from the baseboards. Every room in the house was flooded. I called emergency maintenence who said they would be here in 30 minutes which was over an hour ago. The water is now dissolving back into the floor boards. More mold. My furniture and belongings are ruined.

I started living here when Alayshia used to work here, and everything was great. Whenever I needed something, I never had to ask twice. But ever since she left and Bryson and the new staff started working here, I hate living here.If you need something fixed, you have to go to the office at least 10 times before they finally feel bad enough to do something about it. Bryson doesn't seem to care about the residents at all. I transferred into this new unit about three weeks ago, and I've already run into so many problems. I submitted maintenance requests through the website during the same week I moved in, but Bryson never sent anyone to fix them. I even went to the office and told him about the issues in person, and he still didn't send anyone. Last week, I called the office, and a lady told me they were going to send someone to fix everything, but no one ever showed up.I honestly don't think they inspected this unit before I moved in. One of the two toilets is clogged, one of the sinks is clogged, there are cockroaches everywhere, and several window blinds are broken.If these people can't do their jobs, the owner should replace them with people who actually care about the residents and are willing to do the job properly.

Lived here since April 2021 and I love that the staff is friendly and efficient. They make sure that the residents are happy and all the amenities are available. From Food Fridays to Wine Down Wednesdays they provide community events to bring all residents together.

The worst experience I have ever had with an apartment complex. So I lived with them in 2024-2025 I left to go deal with family in another state came back Bryson turner the senior leasing agent told me just give me the deposit and we do the application so I did called them for a whole week to try and get an answer about the application and not one time did someone picked up the phone I got someone finally after privating my number on Friday the lady told me after Bryson had my application for a week he never submitted she resends the application to me and my husband that Friday we got it done and sent over to them that same day. Went to the office in person they told us we have a unit showed us videos and pictures of what it would look like called them this Tuesday just for him to tell us the application was actually denied after he told us previous we had a unit called them today and I was on hold for 54 minutes never in my life did I ever had to deal with this before in the end I asked for my money back they are unprofessional and don’t want to work

HORRIBLE APARTMENTS!! DESERVE 0 STARS!!
I’ve been here since November 2025 and am counting down the days until I can leave! Management and staff are HORRIBLE. They lack professionalism, communication, and obviously integrity. They do not care about their tenants at all, very clearly only see $$.
Now let’s get into it! When we moved in, the dryer was broken. We made multiple maintenance requests and called hella times. It’s either no one answers, or they tell you someone will come. The dryer didn’t get fixed until 3 months later and I had to speak with the GM Orrin! Mind you, I had a newborn baby and this made washing VERY difficult.
Newly, we discovered a bird nest on top of our apartment which brought in BIRD MITES. They were EVERYWHERE. The couch, bedrooms, bathrooms, even in my baby’s playpen! We were all waking up with MULTIPLE bites. I immediately called the office and spoke with Katie. She acted concerned and told me she would send someone asap. No one came until 2 weeks later, and the person was very uninterested in the issue. Thankfully, we were able to resolve the issue ourselves; however, this incident speaks to the disheartening negligence shown by this complex.
Again, if I could give 0 stars I would. There’s also couples physically fighting at all hours of the night. The police have been called several times. I genuinely would not recommend these apartments to a stray dog. Visibly nice, but do not be fooled like I was.
