  Oh my God. I’ve never thought that I would fine an apartment that met all of my needs in Algiers. The staff are amazing. When my husband and I walked inside, I wanted to break down in tears. I couldn’t believe how beautiful it looked. I told my husband, look at the video tour, it’s not going to be like that. Well surprised. I love it. Thanks Tye and The Mayfair family.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

  My family moved there from Texas had an horribly experience we just got here an is already ready for the lease to be up . A filthy unittttt , to mice with in a few days to leaks save your self the headache and don’t do it .more pics of the unit only good thing he was able to relocate to another unit but there is plumbing issues there that they constantly lie about not the ones to lie to the city is gonna be envolved in this .

  I recently witnessed one of the security guards handle a very difficult situation, and it stayed on my heart for a few days. I actually waited until I was able to catch him at the gate again so I could personally tell him how well he handled himself and get his name. As I was walking to the store, I saw him simply doing his job by asking a guest for the required code to enter the property. When the guest didn’t have one, Daylon politely asked him to pull to the side and contact the resident to get the code. The guest became extremely loud, disrespectful, and began calling him all kinds of names. Through it all, Daylon never changed his tone. He remained calm, respectful, and professional the entire time. He never allowed the guest’s behavior to cause him to step outside of his character. It’s easy to remain professional when someone is being respectful to you, but it says a lot about a person when they can maintain their composure while being treated so poorly. He was simply doing his job and following the property’s security procedures. I finally caught him at the gate again and made sure to tell him personally that he handled that situation extremely well. I also wanted to publicly give him the recognition he deserves. Way to go, Daylon!! Your professionalism, patience, and respect did not go unnoticed. It’s people like you who make this property even more worth living at. Keep up the great work!

  I really hate this freaking apartment complex . The worst place I ever stayed yeah it look good but bro my washer and dryer been broke since I moved in last November and they hinder you about any little thing , unprofessional And I’m a military dependent just horrible 0/19
