The team is dependable, quick to respond, and takes pride in their work. They’ve handled everything from routine cleaning to larger projects with the same level of care and professionalism. It’s clear they understand the needs of businesses and make it easy to keep our property in top condition. I appreciate their consistency and the peace of mind that comes with knowing things are taken care of the right way.

Unsafe! Unsafe! Unsafe! They talk to customers, employees, and citizens like animals! All while having absolutely no experience or permits for any of their jobs! Do not recommend! RipOFF! Scammers! They’re stealing! Unsafe work environments! Just gross!

Absolutely terrible! Extremely unsafe and unprofessional. Highly don’t recommend! They will not do a good job even on the most simple assignments. Uncertified welders, uncertified electrical work, uncertified plumbing, and carpentry. I once saw a manager half in half out a 35 foot lift at a parking lot

I Paid the parking fee. I put in the wrong parking lot number I that number I put in 404 instead of 407. I called and had a man come out to take the boot off my car. He wanted me to pay $50 to remove the boot. I found this outrageous since I had already paid a fee. It is very difficult to contact your office. I am not that proficient with a cell phone. Unfortunately you have cornered the market for parking in the French quarter. So I will have to use your services again. This is a complaint. You will probably do nothing with it. But it made me feel better to write it and it helped to calm me down. I felt hurt, and taken advantage of.

Can services be scheduled outside of business hours?
Yes. We provide flexible scheduling options, including evenings and weekends, to reduce disruption to your tenants, customers, and daily business operations.
What is asphalt sealcoating?
Sealcoating involves applying a protective sealant to asphalt pavement that defends against UV rays, moisture, oil spills, and surface wear. This process extends pavement lifespan, enhances appearance, and lowers long-term repair and replacement expenses.
How often should asphalt be sealcoated?
Commercial asphalt surfaces typically require sealcoating every 2-3 years, though frequency may vary based on traffic volume and environmental factors.

How often should parking lots be restriped?
Commercial properties typically require parking lot restriping every 12-24 months, with frequency influenced by traffic volume, weather exposure, and surface wear patterns.
What is concrete spalling repair?
Spalling repair addresses damage to concrete, brick, or stone surfaces where material breaks off in flakes or fragments. This deterioration results from weathering, freeze-thaw cycles, water penetration, corrosion of reinforcing elements, or aging. The repair process includes: Assessment: Examining the damaged area to identify the extent and cause of spalling. Surface preparation: Clearing loose debris, dust, and damaged material through chipping, grinding, or sandblasting. Repair material selection: Selecting compatible repair materials such as cementitious patching compounds, epoxy resins, or polymer-modified mortars that match existing surface properties and resist the factors causing damage. Application: Placing and shaping the repair material into the damaged area using techniques like troweling or spraying to ensure proper bonding. Curing: Allowing the repair material to harden and reach full strength according to specified requirements. Finishing: Smoothing and texturing the repaired surface to match surrounding areas, and applying sealants or protective coatings when needed. Monitoring: Regularly inspecting the repair to confirm effectiveness and detect any additional deterioration.
