  I highly recommend working with Paul Van Geffen. He did an outstanding job moving a property for my family that we thought would take quite some time to sell. He was very knowledgable and patient with our family while we simultaneously processed the grief of losing our mother and navigated selling our childhood home.

  I have never had such a positive experience with any property manager as I’ve had with Nicole at PMI New Orleans. She is extremely responsive — there has never been a time she hasn’t replied to a text or email, and most of the time she responds within minutes. Whenever I reach out about an issue in the building or within my unit, she’s quick to have it looked into and resolved in a timely manner. She always follows through and keeps me updated every step of the way. Switching management companies and having PMI New Orleans manage our association has truly been one of the best decisions we’ve made.
