  I love living here! The staff is always pleasant and welcoming! Close proximity for grocery shopping and restaurants. Not to mention the amenities… UNMATCHED!!! Ashley helped make move in quick, and easy!

  We had a leak in our apartment and we’re getting gnats super bad. Went tell the front office and was told that the company they use doesn’t treat gnats and that we had to go to the store and buy something to treat them. We were the first ones to move into that building. Our floors were coming up by day 2. Also told the front desk about our floors coming up and was told “they are settling in.” Never once knew nor heard that floors coming up means that they are settling in. We got out of there as soon as we can. I do not recommend these apartments.

  Moving to The Waters at Promenade has been a great experience! I love the Stoa Team at the property. They are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful to me. I can’t wait until the entire complex is completed.

  Thank you Ashley for giving my family a tour. I came with my baby girl and Ronnie L (FIL).We appreciate you. Ashley, you are amazing giving us a tour of the new beautiful apartment homes. She listen and answer all our questions. Great personality, went above and beyond. I would recommend everyone to take the opportunity to come look at this property.
