  first two pics are under my kitchen sink , third pic is the half bathroom it had socks jammed in the holes SOCKSSS ! I didn’t get pictures of the smoking pipe that looked like it would be for someone that uses hard drugs left in my kitchen drawer !!! left meaning the cleaning lady didn’t clean this apartment at all ?!? well it’s only been barely 3 months since me and my family moved in and we are having to leave . good luck hoping to who lives or comes in not knowing , the price is too high for the living conditions that aren’t being resolved

  DON’T rent here ! Full of roaches . The manager won’t do nothing about it . They lie and lie saying pest control will come and it never does. Don’t rent here, on top of that they are rude !

  The apartment was supposed to be ready September 25 but I chose the 30th to move in. Moving in, I had paint cans all over the floor from the flooring people. The floor wasn't dried as the glue was seeping out as I was walking on the floor. There are small roaches everywhere. On the carpet and walls wven before i put food in the fridge. The flooring underneath the tile is not level and has soft spots. There was a leak in the toilet spilling water on the floor as you flush. The garbage disposal didn't work. The kitchen sink was backed up. The bathtub wasn't draining so I plunged it and all sorts of hair, debris, and a film came out and coated the bathtub. The dishwasher is throwing old food and debris all over dishes that had nothing on them going in. The entrance was also so narrow I had to put my couch and chair in through the 2nd floor sliding glass door and over the balcony. Also, my trash hasn't been being picked up from my front door balcony since I moved in. The carpet also had a few stains on it. This is the absolute worst move in experience I've ever had for the price I'm paying.

  Fairly quiet community but overall I would not reccomend this place. I've lived here almost 3 years and our pool has been "out of order" for all but maybe a few months of that time. This particular time, they didn't even notify residents. We just found out when we went to go swimming one day and found a swamp where our pool is supposed to be. When I first moved in, there were dumpsters at every building block. They removed them and started charging us for valet trash pick up. After about a year, valet trash was done away with and we were told the dumpsters would be put back in their original locations. That never happened. They now expect residents to walk their trash across the complex and keep the gate locked which makes it even harder to get rid of large items or bulk trash. Imagine someone who is older or has a disability having to deal with that. Neighbors are loud and inconsiderate which management does nothing about. No improvements made to property after going through several owners either.
