  This place was an absolute nightmare. From the washers and dryers hardly ever working to the maintenance being absolutely awful. My air conditioner broke in the middle of summer (window unit) and they took a month to fix it even with my constant complaining. When they did finally decide to try and fix the air conditioner, they ruined my curtains in the process and replaced the air conditioner with another broke one. I couldn’t even stay in my own apartment because it was so hot. And they still expected me to pay full rent. They refused to help or even give me a discount for my time not spent there. When I’m finally able to move out, they try telling me I can’t because I didn’t give a “three month notice” and threatened to tell the new place I was moving that I owe them money and that I couldn’t move… so I moved anyways and now they’re trying to say I owe them $650 for a “move out fee” this is the worst place I have ever lived. It’s a trap and they don’t care about anyone or anything other than money.
