  The house was very beautiful and very easy to get to. The property was in a good location with restaurants and stores nearby. There was a perfect spot to fish on the pier. The house was tidy, children friendly, with plenty of family games to play. The back porch showed a wonderful view of the water and was even more lovely enjoying a cup of coffee watching the sunrise.

  Beautiful home just not what I expected on cleanses and3 ft grass lawn is unacceptable called management to no avail also bird had nest on front porch and bird poop every where and they came out but yet stained also big fire ants mound in yard. For as beautiful as the property could be their is poor management so until we beef again

  They cancelled our airbnb right before our trip, they offered another airbnb that did not accommodate us and was far from the venue. I denied it and it has been hell to get them to message you back. Basically ruining our trip

  Great house! The location was perfect for Lake Charles. We were able to visit all the existing destinations. The host was very easy to communicate with. No more Hotels for my family, AirBnB from now one. We will be back to stay with Kate Property Management.
