  Management is terrible. Good luck putting a work order in they mark as complete and never even come to address the issue. The front entrance gate has been broken and removed for over 5 years. Residents can’t even use the pool because people who don’t even live there come and take up the whole area. Kids of residents are using pool area and crowds of people come to pool who don’t even live there come playing loud music and smoking weed. So residents have to leave. Smells like weed everywhere. The gym is over 80 degrees and people live trash everywhere. Far from a luxury community. Management will do anything to get more money out of you. Rent was increased significantly, but not justified there is no updates to the community. Charging residents for parking is ridiculous. Put in my 60 day notice that I was leaving after my lease and office manager tried to say she didn’t receive it even after she literally responded to the email. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for an apartment community. Horrible experience.

  Poor maintenance and office staff are very unhelpful. Having several instances where I call and ask for assistance with an issue during my lease and they were unable to help with any of it and then upon move out fees are being placed on my account for these issues and now they are claiming they can help fix them once I’m already gone. Was left without ac for several weeks after being assured it was fixed and after several maintenance calls. Having issues with internet provider due to negligence of the complex throwing away equipment. Overcharging for simple fixes and claiming “damages” upon move out but cannot give any examples. After all this they still attempt to hike up the rent hundreds of dollars. Do not stay here!!!

  Good morning, I have a concern. I am a resident of your apartment community, and my lease ends on May 13. I had previously submitted a lease termination notice, but it did not meet the 60-day notice requirement established in the lease agreement. As a result, I had to pay for one additional month to complete the required 60 days. I paid through June 13. I also sent a message to the manager on April 28, 2026, informing her that I would be moving out. It appears that due to poor management on her part, I was not placed on the move-out list, and now she is claiming that I did not comply with the required notice period. I will provide the emails showing the dates on which I sent my notices. I do not expect to pay any additional month because no evidence has been provided showing that I violated my lease agreement. I have lived here for four years, and it is very frustrating to be facing this situation after making every effort to follow the proper procedures. I am waiting for her response today because there is not much time left, but I would like to speak with someone else who can assist me with this matter.

  I was a resident here around 2 years ago. I was renting out a two bedroom one bath unit for $869 base rent. Tell me why that exact same apartment today is over $1,500??? The gate has been broken since I had originally moved in over three years ago, there is mold and mice, college kids constantly partying as loud as possible in the pool and staff does nothing about it, in what world could you justify paying almost double the price when nothing is fixed or as promised? It is a scam they are raising the rent because they know people are desperate and need somewhere to live and it’s insane how they are actively taking advantage of people
