  The maintenance man does not care about much around here. He will do as little as possible, do the job sloppy and will act like you're being unreasonable to want something fixed. You'll eventually start fixing things yourself not to have to deal with him acting inconvenienced. The pictures are his repairs. The dirt is starting to come thru the paint where he just painted over dirt. The laundry room is only cleaned once a month. Initially the complex was fairly empty, it is not anymore so you can imagine how filthy the laundry room gets. There are cameras in most areas except the areas with huge piles of dog feces everywhere. Group texts are sent to tenants to pick up and most do but if one or two don't, the rest of us are left to walk around it. Complaints to the office do not bring results. The neighbors fighting next door has really ruined the peace here. If you're looking for a place that is excellently maintained and policies enforced, you need to look elsewhere. I will not be renewing my lease. The pictures attached are of a closet in the unit. It has mold, old water heater, dirt and old building materials. INSIDE the closet that houses the air conditioner. This is being recirculated thru my unit. The gutters are overflowing, ants and wasps nests are abundant.

  The employees (namely, Fanny) are exceptional in every way. Not only are they truly some of the absolute friendliest, kindest, most helpful, attentive, courteous, & compassionate office staff that you could ever hope for but the pool, the apartments & townhouses, along with the spacious backyard patios make this aptmt complex a wonderful place to call home. It's also located in a very nice, safe, secluded neighborhood which is another huge plus as well 💯
