  I have to give a huge shoutout to Blade, Kilee Holly, and the maintenance team! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ They have truly made living here a great experience. Kilee and Blade are always friendly, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond whenever I need anything. Both are wonderful to work with and always makes sure things are handled. And the maintenance guys deserve their own recognition they are quick to respond, professional, respectful, and always get the job done. It really makes a difference living somewhere that has a team that actually cares about their residents. I appreciate everything they’ve done and would definitely recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a place to call home! I think I was the first one to arrive here and still enjoying it.

  Future Prospective Renters: Stronger suggest/warning you to not consider this place for a future home for you and your family!!!! - yes it looks beautiful on social media - yes they will show you a beautiful example home - but once you move in….things change and it’s not what they “post” it to be!! You will feel like you’re living under the supervision of a warden. I would not recommend that place to anyone to move out there and realize their First Amendment right to free expression is being taken away from them and prohibited by the managers that run this facility. Don’t be fooled by the videos & reels online. They discuss the “construction” but the other areas of property are unmaintained. The weeds are TERRIBLE, trash, debris, sand, dirt, dirty parking lots, nails, sharp metal pieces in parking lot that can harm you, your children, your animals and even damage your vehicle, opened clean outs, exposed wires, unmaintained areas, pet stations that aren't emptied & smell, and a terrible ant infestation inside your home and they charge for pest control, but the management seem to be more concerned with what someone puts outside their own door to celebrate seasons of holidays. They don’t even want you putting pumpkins or plants nor do they want packages left outside. They’re also threatening tenants to take things off their porches that tenants purchased themselves & throw away. The pmis cruel.They claim to keep safe, yet the entire property is unsafe and truly horrible looking. The doors, front porches & decor from all tenants out there look better than the property in general. Don’t move or consider this place especially if you plan to spend that much money in rent. Please think long and hard before considering this place to bring your family to reside.

  If you enjoy being able to celebrate any holiday other than Easter or Christmas, don’t move here. Residents decorated extensively for Easter and even still some for July 4th/Labor Day - Halloween rolls around and we get an email saying that EVERYTHING outside of a wreath and doormat must be removed within 24 hours and if not, they’ll remove it themselves. Clearly, someone has an issue with Halloween and instead of letting people celebrate, they are going to ta-ta whatever pearl-clutcher had an issue. I am extremely disappointed to be a resident here. Rent is too expensive to be told you can’t have a freaking sticker in your window. We have to stare at the construction 24/7, but a pumpkin is throwing off the vibe? Right. I will be looking elsewhere at lease end and will not recommend to anyone else. Attached is screenshots of the emails from management for proof.

  Highly recommend living at trinity villas. We recently moved in and LOVE being here. We have a dog who loves the dog park so it's perfect for her, while we have the pool and the game room to enjoy alongside our living area!

  Love this place so much. Gave me "The feels" in a great way. This will be Lafayette best secret!
