  the best place to live!! kilee was so helpful when touring and she made the process as easy as possible. i’ve been here 2 months now and can say it feels like a vacation everytime i come home. the pool is nice, the community is welcoming, the areas are clean, and it’s super quiet and peaceful! 10/10 recommend trinity villas 🫶🏼

  I’ve been moved In for a week so far and in my 25 years of living never felt so much peace and quiet. Everything is freshly built and being built as we speak, so when you move in 10/10 will be the first tenant in the apartment. Blade and Kilee were angels and so sweet through the whole process, and from touring to first day made everything smooth. Brought my friends over and they loved it and loved it for me so, definitely grateful I found this place when I did. New modern structure with a decent rent price, love it!

  My husband and I just recently moved to Lafayette, and Trinity Villas made the process so seamless! Kilee was so quick to help during our application process and Blade made the move-in a breeze. Maintenance is always quick to fix any concerns. The location is great and super close to lots of restaurants and activities. We have little ones and it’s great for small families!

  We are so happy we chose Trinity Villas! From the very beginning, the leasing process was smooth and easy. Blade was AMAZING and made everything so simple, and everyone in the leasing office was genuinely so sweet and helpful every time we stopped by. We absolutely love our new home! It’s beautiful, the amenities are incredible, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. Thank you for making our move such a great experience we’re excited to call Trinity Villas home!

  As a future resident, I wanted to leave a review and thank Kilee and Blade for all of their help throughout my leasing process. They have both been incredibly kind, professional, patient, and responsive every step of the way. Moving can be stressful, but they made the process smooth and easy by answering my questions and helping me understand everything I needed. A special thank you to Kilee for the wonderful tour! She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and made me feel excited about my decision to call Trinity Villas home. The customer service from everyone on the team has been outstanding, and I truly appreciate how supported I’ve felt throughout the process. I’m excited to move in soon and become part of the community. Thank you all for making me feel welcome before I even became a resident!
