  Greystone is an amazing place to live and build with your community. Amenities are better than a lot of places I’ve lived previously and it feels so homey here. The staff is spectacular! Very accommodating and helpful to every need. They make you feel as if you’re a part of the family. A great experience all around. I would recommend anyone join the experience.

  Living here for 8 years now. This is home. Office staff is always there, same faces, maintenance is the best if I need anything at all. Life happens, and when it does, you need to know the people in the office can handle it. They are top notch.

  ABSOLUTELY NEVER rent from the Greystone apartments by the Acadiana Mall in Lafayette!!!!!! We have had SEVERAL issues with them and only one of their staff members (ms rachel) has been helpful. Since we have moved in, i have seen them change everyone's carpet that has moved out, which led me to assume it was typical. No indeed, they'll slap you with a $2,200 carpet replacement fee! We spent DAYS steam cleaning the carpet, cleaning every imperfection, fixing any minor holes in the walls from tacts, and scrubbing down everything to avoid fees, only to be slapped with a $3,000 bill. That they want paid in 15 days mind you!!!! Absolute insanity, never ever ever again! They also charge $525 to repaint THE ENTIRE APARTMENT, wheres there was water damage caused by a leaking roof, but they left that part out! Not to mention it has smelled like weed thanks to the below neighbor since day one but im sure that's just another excuse to charge money. I am BLOWN AWAY.

  Terrible place to rent from. They have Terrible tenant service and are very corporate. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM, THEY ARE VERY MONEY HUNGRY!

  I had an excellent experience working with the leasing team at the Greystone, especially Cynthia and Rachel. They truly went above and beyond to help me find the perfect apartment and patiently answered any questions I had during the application process. Moving can be stressful, but they made everything feel smooth and manageable by being incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the process. It’s clear they genuinely care about helping residents feel comfortable and supported, which made a huge difference for me. Their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. I’m so excited to be moving in and becoming part of such a warm and welcoming community!
