  Shoutout to Danielle, the on-site maintenance tech mgr. at Silo Creek Apartments, for her professionalism, diligence, and quick response in resolving every issue and concern that came up. Her dedication and attention to detail truly made a difference. I also want to thank the entire leasing team for being so welcoming, accommodating, and helpful throughout the process. Moving from out of state to Lafayette could have been stressful, but they made the transition smooth and seamless. I truly appreciate everyone for going above and beyond to make me feel at home. Highly recommend Silo Creek Apartments!

  This apartment complex is truly immaculate. The grounds are kept so beautifully that my only complaint is that they never seem to stop manicuring the place, which is definitely not a bad problem to have. Toni, Bailey, and Andrea are always available to answer any questions and are a pleasure to talk to. It often feels more like chatting with friends than speaking with property management. Danielle and the rest of the maintenance team are just as awesome. They are friendly, upbeat, happy to help, and do an excellent job keeping everything in tip-top shape. The whole team really feels like a dream team. I have never lived in an apartment before, and I truly appreciate that this experience has been so great. The pool and amenities are fantastic, and having so many shopping options right in your own backyard is a huge bonus.

  I want to give a special shoutout to Toni, Baylie, and Andrea in the front office. They truly make this community stand out. Every time I’ve interacted with them, they’ve been incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful. They always greet you with a smile and go out of their way to make sure any questions or needs are handled quickly and kindly. It’s rare to find a front office team that works so well together and genuinely cares about the residents and visitors. Toni, Baylie, and Andrea create such a positive first impression for the community and make everyone feel valued. They are a huge part of what makes this property such a wonderful place! The property is professionally maintained by Coby and Danielle, who always greet you with a warm hello. I’ve been here over six months, and it’s feels like home.

  I have been living at Silo Creek for 7 months and I am very impressed with the apartment community. The property is very well maintained and the Maintenance team (Coby and Daniel) do a great job on the upkeep of the area. I highly recommend this complex if you are thinking of moving to an apartment.
