  First place that I actually toured and I loved everything about this tour. From the tour guide to the actual apartment. They are very friendly. They will definitely be hearing from us real soon. Thank you for helping us transition to the area smoothly.

  This is going to be a very long review so bear with me. My now husband and I have lived at Robley Place Apartments since October 2024. All I can do is RAVE about their management and maintenance team. I genuinely have nothing bad to say about either. When we first moved in, we experienced a leak in our roof after a very heavy storm. I immediately put in a maintenance request that night and the next day, they came in and temporarily patched the roof. I also received a phone call from Mrs. Annette herself (the complex’s manager) letting me know that a permanent solution was coming as soon as the roofing company came out. She even followed up with a phone call months later to make sure there were never any more leaks. She exceeded the bare minimum because my last complex would have never followed up! Another great maintenance/management moment was when I accidentally knocked my thermostat off the wall, breaking it. It was during the summer, so I noticed a difference in the temp pretty quickly. I decided to go to the office to put in a request instead of online, and Lauren (leasing agent) called a maintenance man who beat me to my apartment as I was walking upstairs, and didn’t leave until a new thermostat was installed and working properly. Any other little maintenance issue has always been fixed either in no more than two days tops! Lastly, we are unfortunately moving out of state so we’ll be leaving the complex and our beautiful apartment. I misunderstood a requirement of our lease, and Mrs. Annette was so compassionate and understanding. She worked with us unlike other management companies would have. Her continuous professionalism, care, and generosity has made me feel so much more at ease throughout this entire process. They definitely treat you like humans instead of cash machines!!! We don’t move out until the end of April, but I’m sure the move-out process will be just as smooth as living here has been. I say all of that to say, you won’t regret living here. I’ve never had a problem with neighbors, maintenance, or management. We’d definitely move back to Robley Place <3

  The staff is kind And attentive to the needs of residence, they really do look out for the property in the beauty of it, which makes it so much better when you live there. When there’s something wrong on the property, they have a tendency of fixing it quickly and making sure that the resident is taken care of. The grounds look great. They’re always neat. They take care of everything.
