  If you are needing them to manage your property, RUN!!! They do not do proper checks or regular maintenance. They are very tenant oriented and do not care one bit about your property or your rights as owner. They ignore you and refuse to answer questions or properly communicate. All of my messages go unanswered and I have saved every single one and documented where they can see that they are not responding. I have extensive documentation to prove everything I say. I did not get compensation for early termination from tenants, they left large junk items and trash on the property. They did not maintain the yard and ripped out bushes and butchered others. Caused irreparable damage to a brand new stove, there was fire damage on the counter by the stove which PMI covered up, even after we sent them to check when our security system alerted us to a fire, they told us there was no fire just burnt food while cooking. We were in a different state so no way to verify in person, this was within the first two days the tenant moved in. The poor yard maintenance, to the point it looked like the backyard was covered in hay and improper mowing which directed the long clippings directly into the ac unit and then left it there, caused damage to the ac unit. They damaged the washer and dryer and refrigerator. The house was not cleaned and had scuffs, paint chips, red paint fingerprints, spilled nail polish on a bathroom floor, a foot print on the living room ceiling. The amount of urine on the walls and baseboards in the master bathroom was appalling and someone should be utterly embarrassed. They ripped out the outside dryer vent outlet allowing water and who knows what else inside the wall. I keep finding more and more. The lady from PMI said if they sweep it shows they attempted to clean and we can’t charge them for anything. Um, excuse me?! They do not take accountability and do not respond. The only recourse is legal action. If you choose to use this company you have been warned. They do not properly manage anything and you will be left with a very big financial hit with damages and court costs. RUN as fast as you can. They have zero integrity or honesty. I don’t know how they are still in business. If you are someone who has done business with them and you haven’t left a review because there was an NDA in your contract and they threatened you. It is federally illegal for them to have the clause in their paperwork, look it up. They can be fined for even having it. You are allowed to leave a review to warn others as long as everything you say is accurate and backed by facts, don’t let them scare you away from warning others. People need to know the truth before it’s too late for them.
