  Working with PMI has been great. Annette and Zed were always helpful, offering clear and prompt communications. The property is well maintained and offers nice appliances which was convenient. The air conditioning in our unit was phenomenal and functioned efficiently without running up a high electric bill. The location of our apartment at Prima Terra was in my opinion the best possible place to live in Lafayette being in walking distance of parks, shops, bars and restaurants. Thanks to everyone at PMI for a great experience.

They currently manage 7 doors for me, and throughout our time working together they’ve been professional, responsive, and dependable. Communication has been consistent and clear, which is huge for me as an owner. They handle tenant issues quickly, keep me informed, and make the day-to-day management stress-free. Maintenance is addressed promptly, and they’ve done a solid job keeping my properties in good condition while balancing costs. I also appreciate their attention to detail when it comes to tenant placement and rent collection. Everything runs smoothly, and I feel confident knowing my investments are being well taken care of.   My experience with PMI has been great. If there are any questions or concerns relating to the property, the quick response is appreciated. Michael the maintenance guy is wonderful! He knows his stuff, he goes beyond to make sure the job is done correctly and keeps it very professionally. PMI is definitely a company I would recommend.
