  Working with Sydney Babin, Home Consultant at Clayton Homes, was the best decision we made during our homebuying journey. From day one, she brought a friendly, bubbly energy mixed with top-tier professionalism that immediately gave us confidence. She has an incredible can-do attitude, and no question was ever too small or request too big for her to handle with a smile. She was patient, deeply knowledgeable, and truly made us feel completely cared for throughout the entire process. Sydney's above-and-beyond nature shone brightest in how much she genuinely cared that we would love our new home. She invested her whole heart into making sure every detail was perfect for us. We have been in our "Versace" model for three months now and are absolutely in love with it, largely because Sydney made the journey so joyful and seamless. What is truly amazing is that her care didn't stop once we signed the contract.   On my way to becoming a first-time homeowner, I walked into this process with a ton of questions. I spoke with the manager, Jeremy Cutler, and his customer service was absolutely exceptional!! I completely bombarded him with questions, but he listened with endless patience and provided all the vital information I needed. Jeremy didn't just make me feel like a temporary customer; he made me feel like family. I already felt like I was in my new home just talking to him, and I know I am on the right path. He is clearly a manager who cares deeply about the details and ensuring his customers are satisfied both during and long after the sale.   Buying a Clayton home from them has been nothing but, issues. If I buy a brand new home I expect it to be put together right. Bought one in December of 2020 and it was delivered January 2021 and they had to come out so many times the first year just to fix things. Then they wouldn’t fix the bathroom because the hot and cold water was opposite and whoever they sent to do that messed it up and put it opposite. We were told they’d have to redo all the plumbing. The cabinet doors weren’t even and the countertops weren’t even put on right and looked cut too short where the bottom was showing. Of course that never got fixed. They also didn’t put a majority of the batten strips and molding flush against the wall. And a piece hanging off leaving a gap. Since then, the batten strips and molding are now popping off the walls. They use the cheapest materials to put together these homes and it shows. So it’ll last just enough that it’ll make the one year mark before anything major happens and they won’t come out and fix anything.

  My little sister went in because she was interested in Purchasing and home with this company and it went well until she decided that she was not going to go through with the purchase at that time . The saleswoman Ms Jamie became very rude and very unprofessional with her when she told her that she was not going through with the sale because she was not comfortable I understand the saleswoman wanting to make a sale but to get rude and pushy and unprofessional is uncalled for. That really turns someone like me away from those kinds of businesses and people.
