  THE SISTERS OF REAL ESTATE TEAM When you need to buy or sell a house, call Bridgette Brown or Maggie Henry! We personally used Mrs. Bridgette. She is hands down the best! (I can only imagine that Ms. Maggie is just as great!!!) A little back story::: My fiancé and I were ready to buy. Our loan officer set us up with a realtor to help us. Well this realtor only reached out to my fiancé two maybe three times in two weeks. No contract was signed or even spoke of. No questions of what we were looking for. He would ask questions and would not get a response for days to weeks if he got that!! So, I wrote a post on Nextdoor asking if anyone had any home in a particular side of town for a reasonable price with a little description of what we were looking for!!! Mrs. Bridgette reached out to me after seeing my post on Nextdoor. At first I was cautious because of all the scammers on line, but I did a little research and realized she was legit! I messaged her back, and she responded quickly! I am very thankful for the chain of events that lead to us to connecting with her!!! Our very first communication was on a Tuesday. Wednesday a viewing was scheduled for Saturday plus 3 other homes. Bridgette responded either immediately or with in a reasonable time. One time I sent a message after the kids were sleep it was late, but if I didn’t send the message I would have forgotten. Well she messaged me right back working on what I was asking about. That was one of the many situations that showed us she worked hard for us, she was committed to find our forever home, and she wasn’t afraid to put in the work to help us!!! She would tell us little things that she seen we didn’t know or fully understand. So we could be more knowledgeable, and we could connect with the right people. She would call with things past clients have dealt after buying a house as they would come to mind just so we knew of possible issues at later dates! We are currently unpacking in our forever home!!! Highly recommend realtor Bridgette Brown!!

  Our Experience, Extremely Disappointing! We priced a house 10k to 20k below all other in neighborhood to sell quickly. After cutting the price again to help their client afford the house, we received an accepted contract dated May 13th, from a Century 21 Agent. The agent was supposed to get a Deposit with contract, but never did and never bothered to tell us they did not. Well 9 days later, the agent still had no deposit check, but sent us a text saying sorry Buyer no longer interested. On day 11, the agent told us she they never received a deposit from her client. The agent knew this for over a week and never bothered to tell us anything. Is that dis-honest? In that time Century 21 lead us to believe we had a valid contract with the deposit check. We turned away 2 other well qualified buyers who put offers in on other houses just down the street with same square footage that were listed well above our price. We also turned away another couple who wanted to rent the house.
