Clayton home/ tru homes are literal junk and they do nothing to fix the issues. I've been living in one for 1 year now and seen maybe 3 unqualified contractors that didn't do anything but waste time to collect a check. Im a first time home buyer and this experience was horrible and im not the only one check out fb page horrors of Clayton homes I just found the page an im floored at what im seeing and going through

Worst company ever!!! I can never get anyone on the phone. They sold me a house that has nothing but problems since day 1. Clayton homes has never had one repair person that came out and did their job to satisfactory. My home is 2 years old. The whole house is full of mold, mildew. Not one repair is ever considered their fault when I've been complaining from the 1st weeks of living in the home that it's flooding in my home from the roof and the a.c. has never shut off ever. They don't send repairs when you have extended warrenty. They claim nothing is their fault. It's all their fault! I want my home fixed or a new home from a new company. Their sales people lie and are stealing from restore. They said everything was included but nope I had to pay for everything. Lies lies, horrible manufacturing and with no guarantees!

My mother in law bought a brand new house from them and we’ve had nothing but problems with this home it’s Unleveled and we were told after 6 months they would come back and level it it’s been almost a year since then and now half the doors won’t close without being Forced The house started growing mold within 6 months of us living there and when we figured out it was something to do with the hvac They told us it was because we had the AC on 69° I have had to redue half the panels in the house because there falling apart the living room light flickers with the lights are off and the fan is on truthfully and honestly a horrible company and place to buy a home and would not recommend this place truly
