These by far are the worst apartments I’ve ever lived in , when I first moved in I actually loved it and had no issues, however I had a issue with my ex and I got it to where he was put on trespass to make my life smoother. However this happened in February, may comes along and Jacob Bradley accuses my unit of a disturbance . I asked for proof because I spoke with my neighbors asking them about the noise because I was confused about it I knew nothing had been going on in my unit and I’ve been at peace within myself and living a better and healthier and happier lifestyle , the notice was placed on my door may 11th I went to the office and talked and was told it was due to the guy in the Tesla , the Tesla had not been in the apartments since the trespass was placed , and he had not been around . May 16th comes along and there is another notice, at this point I wasn’t even at home and I have proof I wasn’t at home because I would go uber for extra income. Then may 22nd comes I get a letter stating I’m not eligible to renew my lease . I was also told 1022 was the problem building. That’s the building I lived in . After that point I felt like I was being picked with and I didn’t even feel comfortable living in the unit any longer . I felt like I was a target . I explained multiple times I have 3 toddlers so that could be the only noise possible. But I was told it was a disturbance in my unit , (yelling , fighting, stomping) I asked to set up an appointment with corporate, never happened I was told to call corporate myself . I called and left a voicemail and never heard back . I sent multiple messages by email and the portal asking for proof of what was being said so I can fix whatever the issue was . I was not given that opportunity. My last email to the apartments I explained I’m not paying rent till I speak with corporate , instead of them acknowledging this matter they sent me a bill. This situation caused distress, frustration, and it was handled unprofessionally. I would not recommend anyone to live here , the professionalism is poor, communication is poor, and Jacob Bradley is the main reason I felt uncomfortable with staying . The matter was in his hands and he didn’t try to work with me or help me figure out where the noise was coming from or give me the opportunity to correct whatever issue it was . Instead They called my neighbors and questioned them about my unit . After that point I packed all my stuff and left . I feel i am owed an apology because I am gone and the police are still in the complex . That should have told the officer right then and there the issue was not me if the police are still coming through. I have 3 kids who I cannot fail, so I need to keep a roof over our heads . How this was handled was not fair to me at all . I don’t mind paying the debt , the issue is me not being able to speak with someone higher to assist with my issue . Also I was told I cannot renew my lease so what do I need to give a 60 day notice for when yall put the notice on my door right at 60 days … that was also a fee added to my balance. All ima say is good luck to you if you move here , I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY HERE ESPECIALLY WHILE JACOB BRADLEY STILL WORKS IN THE OFFICE
This place is what happens when management stops caring but never stops collecting rent.
The property constantly smells like weed. The sidewalks and grass are covered in dog poop because apparently nobody thinks enforcing pet rules is worth the effort. The concrete is stained with trash juice, litter is everywhere, and the overflowing trash compactor seems to spend more time broken than working. Calling this place “luxury” is honestly insulting.
The bugs are relentless, maintenance takes forever, and when something finally does get fixed, it’s usually after you’ve had to remind them multiple times.
The parking lot feels like a demolition derby. We literally watched this girl try to run her boyfriend over until police had to shut down the entrance. Nothing says “welcome home” quite like wondering if you’ll make it to your apartment without witnessing another incident.
The pool isn’t even enjoyable because you’re constantly dealing with loud, disrespectful residents who act like common courtesy doesn’t exist. Peace and quiet are impossible to find anywhere on this property.
Then there’s the front office. I’ve never met a group of people who seem so annoyed by having to do the jobs they’re paid to do. Every interaction feels like you’re inconveniencing them by asking a simple question. Customer service doesn’t exist here.
The move out process was the biggest scam of all. They kept our security deposit, charged us over $7,000, changed our move out date after telling us something different so they could squeeze another $1,500 out of us, then made us drive all the way from Mississippi back to Louisiana just to turn in keys early because they couldn’t get their own paperwork together.
This apartment complex is filthy, poorly managed, overpriced, and completely lacking in professionalism. They’ll smile while you’re signing the lease, then nickel and dime you every chance they get. Save yourself the money, the stress, and the regret. Rent literally anywhere else
