  This place is what happens when management stops caring but never stops collecting rent. The property constantly smells like weed. The sidewalks and grass are covered in dog poop because apparently nobody thinks enforcing pet rules is worth the effort. The concrete is stained with trash juice, litter is everywhere, and the overflowing trash compactor seems to spend more time broken than working. Calling this place “luxury” is honestly insulting. The bugs are relentless, maintenance takes forever, and when something finally does get fixed, it’s usually after you’ve had to remind them multiple times. The parking lot feels like a demolition derby. We literally watched this girl try to run her boyfriend over until police had to shut down the entrance. Nothing says “welcome home” quite like wondering if you’ll make it to your apartment without witnessing another incident. The pool isn’t even enjoyable because you’re constantly dealing with loud, disrespectful residents who act like common courtesy doesn’t exist. Peace and quiet are impossible to find anywhere on this property. Then there’s the front office. I’ve never met a group of people who seem so annoyed by having to do the jobs they’re paid to do. Every interaction feels like you’re inconveniencing them by asking a simple question. Customer service doesn’t exist here. The move out process was the biggest scam of all. They kept our security deposit, charged us over $7,000, changed our move out date after telling us something different so they could squeeze another $1,500 out of us, then made us drive all the way from Mississippi back to Louisiana just to turn in keys early because they couldn’t get their own paperwork together. This apartment complex is filthy, poorly managed, overpriced, and completely lacking in professionalism. They’ll smile while you’re signing the lease, then nickel and dime you every chance they get. Save yourself the money, the stress, and the regret. Rent literally anywhere else

  Several weeks ago l wrote a negative review regarding the unprofessionalism from the front office staff. The new manager saw my review and asked me to come speak with her. After speaking with the new manager, she kindly asked me to revise my review to reflect our interaction and I took it down out of kindness and in good faith things would improve in regards to proper communication. Then, my dryer broke. I properly submitted a service request but never received an email or any communication regarding request status. After a few days I submitted an email asking what was the normal ETA response regarding service request and never received a reply. Then I called the front office for an update and she shared dryers were on order but had no ETA. That's when I decided to reach out to the Regional office and I spoke with the regional director. She shared that the dryer should arrive Thursday and that I should be kind and compassionate because the new manager has a lot going on right now with stairscases being broken and a ton of maintenance issues on the table. So Thursday comes around! They trade out my used broken dryer with another used broken dryer (photos of the new dryer below). Called the regional director and the front office left messages and I finally received call from front office. She let me know that the new dryer is still in the box and I should receive it by the end of day. I did let her know that I felt like someone was messing with me. I don't understand why they would change out a broken dryer for another broken dryer. More updates to come. So stay tuned folks... Update from late yesterday afternoon: *Manager stated VP informed them they new dryers aren't paid for and will need to be returned. *They brought a clean used one and tested it out for five minutes with a dry apparel item. *So dryer is broken and does same thing my previous dryer was doing which was turns on-spins-blows heat-only steams the clothes but doesn't full dry. So second broken dryer given in one day. **I'm in tears out of frustration.** *Note both the Regional and Manager did call to try to resolve and they were nice. **Day 2 Update** Manager came with maintenance personnel and troubleshoot the dryer. Then stayed 45 minutes to support was correctly working! Hands down Rockstar level of support!!-super thankful!! Update: First day off and new used dryer has been trying to dry thus load for 3 hours.

  Went to their grand opening. They had a radio station doing a promo and 3 food trucks serving food. Also had massage therapists doing free chair massages and other things for kids. The apartment complex as a whole looks very nice although I didn't actually go into a unit. I did spend some time in the management office and gym area by the large pool and that was put together well.
