I walked in concerned we weren’t going to find a home with everything we wanted that fit our budget. (After months of shopping around.) Somehow, Mycah proved me wrong. He listened to what we were looking for and he found us a home that had almost everything on our wish list while staying under budget. Then, right before closing, we ran into an unexpected hiccup. Even though it wasn’t entirely on him, he stepped in and made things right, and got it resolved much faster than I expected.. Buying a home can be stressful, but having someone who genuinely cares and treats you fairly makes all the difference. If you go to Freedom Homes, ask for Mycah!
- FGFelicia GarnerJun 27, 20211.0We purchased a mobile home from here in September 2020. It took months before we even had the key to the home. Since we moved in there have been so many issues with the home. Windows leaking, cabinet doors falling off, bottoms of cabinet are falling out. siding had lumps all under it. Someone has been sent to our home multiple times to do work but problems never really get fixed. It’s now June 2021 and we are still waiting for “the factory” to come fix these issues. I called and spoke to someone regarding these issues about a month ago and haven’t heard a word since. We were suppose to be getting a gift card in the mail 2 weeks after we received our key but haven’t received that either. Gayla claimed they don’t make money off contractors but I know from speaking to the electrician that’s false. It has been nothing but a headache purchasing our home from here and we will be looking else where in the future and possibly hiring an attorney! Please save yourself time and stress by purchasing your home else where.
