  Great place to live! Staff is friendly and amenities are wonderful! Close by to several places (restaurants, convenience stores, etc. stop by and visit to see if this is the place for you!!!

  It is one thing to offer a beautiful community and hire a stellar staff… but it is a whole other level of amazing, when problems arise. Kaden was fantastic in responding to my weekend emergency. He’s been thorough and on top of resolving everything. He cares about his job and his residents. He loves what he does and it shows!! Thank you, Kaden! You made an awful day less awful! - Melodye

  Ive been hear for almost a month and so far my experience has been nothing but positive! The staff has been absolutely fantastic and as helpful and responsive as it gets. The complex is very clean and well taken care of and it is very quiet. I haven't been woken up by noise or anything. I can't even hear the people next to me. But the biggest thing is the maintenance staff. Any problem is resolved fast and efficient. I had a problem with me AC and they brought me a portable AC unit until mine was fixed. That was amazing.

  I had a great experience living at Parkway Villas. The property is clean, quiet, and well maintained. The management team is friendly, professional, and always quick to respond whenever I had questions or needed assistance. The apartments are spacious, and the community feels safe and welcoming. The maintenance staff is reliable and handles requests promptly. Overall, Parkway Villas is a wonderful place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed apartment community.

  I’ve lived here for about a year and a half and wish I could stay longer, if it wasn’t for my job! Outstanding, well-maintained amenities, great location, and friendly and available staff. Also my power bill is way lower than my old place which was smaller and I sleep with the temp on 65 so I guess the insulation is above spec as well. Great place!
