- SSSunshineN5 days ago5.0After two major life changes, I considered relocating this year for a fresh start. But after looking at other properties, nothing else came close to the standards here. The Reserve, as I call it, truly feels like a community. They do so much for their residents every month — from food trucks to seasonal pool parties, yoga, sip-and-paint events and more. The grounds are well maintained, it feels incredibly safe, and the maintenance team handles any issues promptly. The staff makes a huge difference. Ashley and Sabrina in the office have been wonderful since I moved here back in 2023, and the new office staff are just as friendly. Mr. Chris, Carter, and Shamar on the maintenance team keeps everything running smoothly. In today’s economy, everyone is trying to save a dollar — but you can’t really put a price on quality, safety, and peace of mind. Everyone's experience will be different, but for me, I am well pleased and I highly recommend making, Reserve of Bossier City (managed by Heritage Properties) your next home.

- JCJ CJun 4, 20152.0I've been here over 2years I'm really disappointed with the new staff complained twice about putting another handicap parking spot in. I lam handicap and live in a handicap unit. They blew me off also on another occasion about my pet which I already had paydeposit on 2 years ago. It didn't finally get resolved until I personally had to go up to the office. The staff don't take notes or they don't put in their system one crazy.
