- JOJoseph OgletreeApr 20, 20265.0I’ve had a really positive experience with the park manager here. I brought up an issue with noise from nearby vehicles, and she handled it respectfully and took it seriously. While it’s not completely gone, it has definitely improved, and I appreciate the effort she put into addressing it. She was easy to talk to, understanding, and genuinely seemed to care about helping. That kind of communication goes a long way. Overall, I’m happy with how things were handled and grateful for her willingness to step in and help.
- BBbeverly bevJul 13, 20251.0This started out as a good place to live. Management has finally shown her true colors. The rent has gone up twice in less than a year. All under the pretense that the trash pick up rate increased. Even though we cannot use the big trash bin that we pay for. Supposedly she doesn't have the key to the maintenance yard because her hired help won't give her the key. Probably because he spends most of his day in the shed asleep then rides around on the little ATV. Now they want us to use their people to maintain our lawns for a price of course. But, the park looks like crap with all the overflowing trash cans. We all know that the lot rent is going to be increased again. I did call the waste company the park uses and found out, it's a lie. I believe that somehow the money is being pocketed.

Lydia the Community Manager was so informative and kind. I let her know that I was still looking but will keep this Community in mind. She definitely left a lasting impression on me.
