  Love the pool area and seating available for this outdoor area! They have carts available on the first floor for those large shopping trips, definitely go with an inside apartment nothing with a highway view simply because traffic is very busy and loud. Lots of things to do within walking distance and the staff are usually quick to answer any questions you have during business hours

  I previously lived at the Heron Downtown while in college. Chelsea she works in the front office she was great to work with always always always. Maintenance there? Never really an issue for me, everything gotten resolved in a timely manner. I honestly loved it here because it was a fob accessible building as well so honestly don’t believe everything you read online

  Stayed here for 3 years. Great apartment, amenities and a quiet area. The also have great events for the residents.

  I really enjoy living at this property and I strongly recommend the Heron. The staff is very nice and it is a great building. I also like the pool and fitness room.

  Just started living here in the Heron and I love it already. The rooms have so much space and the pool is super nice. Also love seeing all the dogs always around and friendly
